This was the first spot that we stayed in about a year ago when we picked up our RV in Ft. Myers. Such a great spot! The campground has a large flat cement part at the front which is nice for pull through sites. The back part of the campground has spots that are on small streets with a canal in the middle. We were on the West side. Our RV was nestled in among other coaches and mobile homes. We enjoyed catching up on laundry, some warmer weather and walking around looking at RV set ups. There were coaches with huge trailers, coaches with semi-trucks and trailers with multiple levels on the inside for bringing cars and other toys. Rosie made many friends, one of her favorite was a pup that looked like Sol's dog Moonee.
Bonita Springs - Dog Beach
We took Rosie to Bonita Springs to a beach specifically for dogs. It was shallow enough for the dogs to run in the water but not over their legs so they didn't have to swim. Rosie had a great time running with the other dogs off leash and playing in the water. We enjoyed a drive through Bonita Springs and loved seeing the beautiful ocean front homes. After a stop at Doc's for lunch on the beach we were on our way back to Upriver.
